FALL 2012 Physical dates
Friday, June 1..........Boys Soccer, Boys Cross Country, & Golf
Monday, June 4..........ALL GIRLS (Soccer, cheer, field hockey, volleyball, cross country, & tennis)
Tuesday, June 5..........Football
Physicals will be given in the Nurse's Office @ 2:30pm on the above dates. Price for a FULL physical is $20 (CIPPE) and $15 per recertification (Section 6). All Fall Athletes require a complete CIPPE.

All athletes must have a completed PIAA physical form turned into their coach prior to the start of practices.
PIAA Constitution & By-Laws - Article V, Health - "No student shall be eligible to represent the student's school in an Inter-School Practice, Scrimmage, or Contest unless the student has participated in a pre-participation physical evaluation."
FALL SPORTS: The pre-participation physical evaluation for FALL SPORTS shall not be performed earlier than June 1.
