Wellness Tip of the Week Eating 6 small meals per day instead of 3 larger meals helps to increase your metabolism, which will lead to burning more calories. Be sure to emphasize protein source along with fruits and vegetables rather than carbohydrates in these meals.

Please Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns that you have regarding your student's health care needs. We look forward to partnering with you in our common goal to keep your child in optimal health and ready to learn!
We will administer medications, as needed, with orders from your physician. We will assess and treat your child for illness/injury that manifests during the school day. We can also assist you in assessing whether your child is well enough for a learning day if you give us a call to confer. We do recommend that a child should stay home for the following: fever(over 100F and until fever-free for 24 hours with an analgesic), vomiting, diarrhea, persistent cough or communicable disease. Please keep us updated with your best contact information, so that we can reach you as quickly as possible during an emergency. There are relevant information forms and helpful websites below for your review.
