2014 LMS Fall Sports- try-outs

Football: Tuesday, August 26th after school.

Girls Soccer:

8th grade- August 26th & 27th 

7th grade- August 28th & Sept. 2nd


Cross Country: August 27th​

Boys Soccer:

8th grade- Sept. 2nd  & 3rd 

7th grade- Sept. 3rd  & 4th

Field Hockey:  Sept. 3rd 

*All students need to be picked up at 5pm.



All participants must have a physical before they can tryout for a sport.


1st sport a student participates in they always need the "full physical", and always need a physician's signature.  Subsequent sports require the "recertification physical" form to be filled out but only needs to be signed by a physician when there has been an injury/illness on or off the field during/between seasons.  On the top of the recertification form it tells you if any of the answers to the questions is "yes" you must see a physician.  All athletes MUST fill out one or the other form to participate in sports.

The cost is $20 for a physical.  The checks are made out to Dr. Francis Brennan.  Students must be in line at the start of physicals which take place in the nurses office.

Sports Activity Fee Due Date: 

Activity fees are to be paid after teams have been established.  All athletes must register on the Payforit site.  See memo below with all info.  If you have met the family cap or are free/reduced lunch  you must still register online and your balance owed will be $0.
