DHS West - Homecoming Parade - There was a great turnout for the annual DHS West Homecoming Parade.  Hundreds of fans, family members and students gathered along Pennsylvania Ave. in Downingtown to cheer on their football team, homecoming court, band, school leaders and cheerleaders.


The DASD Preschool Parent Outreach invites you to join us on Monday October 20, 2014 to learn about school safety in DASD while your preschool age child completes some fun fall activities.  Click here for more information.  

Marsh Creek Ribbon Cutting and Open House - The Downingtown Area School District celebrated the “official” opening of the Marsh Creek Sixth Grade Center on October, 12, 2014 with a ribbon cutting and open house.

Congratulations to our Blue and Gold Band for placing first in the New Holland fall parade. They will now be the honor band in next year's parade.
